Impacts on Victims

When you are a victim of crime that never just goes away. That is something that you a carry with you for the rest of your live. When a crime is first done to you you may feel confused and angry. When you talk to people about it like the cops you are forced to re live that terrible day, and those awful  moments from when it happened. In the law and order episode when Harper was talking to Benson she felt very scared and hurt. Because she had to re live every moment of that night. a little later she felt very annoyed with the police because they accused her of making it all up, because she had smoked weed that same night. A few months had passed and the man who did this to her still wasn't found and arrested. She eventually moved on and moved away. She changed her hair, her look and her personality completely. She used to be a easy going, colorful person but after it happened she locked herself away. Away from the pain. She now was a bland, clean cut lady. With dead bolts on her door.
I think that all the families that were there or had a child at the field when this happen would be extremely traumatized. They were just at a little league game watching their kids play. This is a very unexpected thing. There shouldn't be dangers at a game like this. I think that this would have ruined the game for some of the families, they would now see soft ball and think of a car ramming the field. Some may never play again because they are either too scared or the families are too worried about them being hurt.
